Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
